All refund requests must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection appointment by email only using the Contact Us tab located on the homepage. Please provide name, transaction ID, make and model information. Refund requests over the phone calls will not be accepted.  Refunds will be honored minus a $29 dollar administrative fee.  In the event that the seller refuses permission for an inspection on the day of the inspection, the customer ordering the inspection will be refunded all monies less a $29 dollar administration fee in the same format as payment was received.

Under no circumstances, shall Aimdealerinspections.com, its parent or affiliated companies, or any of their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, or suppliers shall be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the website and/ or the content, including without limitation, your reliance on any information or data points.
